CrossFit is currently one of the most popular ways to produce human sweat. There are millions of fitness enthusiasts who follow the main principles of CrossFit religiously. It seems that once you have become a CrossFitter it gets really hard to quit. The main problem that comes with CrossFit is the extreme variety of exercises done with poor form.
